Semester at Sea for Life Long Learners

This is a dream of mine, probably will not be fulfilled as it will cost about $12000 for a semester, plus port calls. Sailing around the world, taking classes, socializing with other retirees and college students, exotic ports of call with interesting tours. Alas, it does sound really fun to me. Anyone else?

Yeah, Oldbabe, if I ever win the lottery, this is one of the things high up on my list.

Of course, I never, ever PLAY the lottery... so i'm looking for the el cheapo alternative. Bike across Europe, or something like that.

Sure would be nice, though.

I would be nice, wouldn't it, Caroline? I'm hoping for a big inheritance. But the problem with that is I don't have any rich elderly relatives.
Still, one could do without those bike trips and save for a few years . . .
