Spending April….

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had a recommendations on where to spend the month of April? We are looking to spend the month somewhere on the east coast, north of South Carolina, and south of DC. Last year we spent it on Oak Island in NC and liked it, but figured to try someplace new. Looking for someplace where we can get outside with our German Shepard, any recommendations would be appreciated.
