Congressional Affect on Stock Market

Aside from the approval rating, I really think our congress deserves a report card that shows how their performance affects the stock market. Check out this link and judge for yourself:

My God that is brilliant. It is very tempting to invest in the fund.

The fund doesn't have much of a history (inception 2008) and a good balanced fund seems to have been competitive over its lifetime. It's an interesting concept but I think we have just been in a very toxic situation over the past several years.
