Family Tax Credit

Did the House proposed "Family Tax Credit" make it into the final bill? If so, can a childless couple still claim the $300 per person tax credit starting in 2018?
Thanks for your help

Nope, no credits for childless couples. There is a $500 credit for dependents that don't qualify for Child Tax Credits, but that doesn't apply to the Taxpayer(s) themselves.
