This is a chart of state expenditures but the site has a lot of different charts and information. Pretty sure it would be considered to be left leaning just because of the questions it asks about. But it does seem to gather facts.
I think it is retirement/financial independence related because it gives some idea about how tax revenues are spent and collected.
Honestly I am trying to rework it in my head to figure out how to pay for some proposed ideas. Like the calculator that lets you figure out how to save Social security by changing rates and ages and such.
