Such a confounding issue.

I don't recall changing anything recently. I did clear most cookies the other day, but that doesn't seem like it would be connected.

I have done a shut down on everything and a restart (more than once).

Macbook Air. Firefox. Apple mail.

Sometimes if I open the email, and click the arrow at the end of the link it might work.

When I google it, I seem to get articles about Outlook, or issues from a couple of years ago, or a suggestion to restart.

All the Macbook experts please come and whisper the answer. Please speak slowly.....

I've never had this happen but poked around and found one idea - check your system preferences to make sure Firefox is your default web browser (System Preference -> General).

Do they look like links (underlined and different color) or just look like plain text?

I also found this (very old) article with a few suggestions:

Must be very frustrating! Hope you get it sorted soon.

Thank you for replying. Yes, Firefox is default.

Upon further investigation - here is one clue: The link is not clickable in the email preview panel (they always were before).

If I open the email, most of them are still clickable and they work.
