Discounted HBO Max subscription

If you’ve been considering an HBO Max subscription, now may be the time to act for 2022.

That’s because the on-demand video streaming service has announced a temporary sale that will help you save 20% on a monthly subscription through the end of the year.

And it doesn’t require an annual commitment!

And it applies to new and former customers.

Looks like an OK deal; I may bite.

Can anybody comment on how many ads there are in the NON ad-free version? Also, are they only at the beginning of movies/shows or are they inserted in the middle?

[Edited to correct silly mistake.]

Zero ads in middle of shows. Maybe an occasional promo for some other HBO Max show or movie at the beginning (similar to watching a movie at a theater), but zero ads otherwise.
