I’ve gone to a gym since I was about 19, but I think this period has allowed me to create home workouts that will now replace the gym.
I do have a pretty comprehensive home gym, a variety of resistance bands, some kettle bells, a stationary bike and a treadmill. So, with all that along with the use of HIIT videos I am ready to transition to home workouts.
