+1 on the Boost brand; we had a can available when we were hiking in CO two weeks ago. DD was suffering from altitude sickness.
When I was involved with mine rescue teams years ago, we carried small bottles of O2 in our self contained breathing apparatus. We would refill these bottles from just the basic large O2 bottles. Nothing special, and definitely not medical grade.
Also brings to mind about one of the tragedies a few years ago about some miners dying of the lack of oxygen in their barricade, I remember, one survived. There was a full bottle of oxygen near their tool car that might have helped.
