- I have reached a milestone birthday recently, and am starting to wonder when (or if) to retire and all things connected to that. Currently I hold an engineering job and am overall happy with my profession, except that I am getting more and more annoyed with ever increasing paperwork (we need a new term for that considering we are moving away from paper), and the overall friendliness and kindness of co-workers and bosses seems to be declining (or is it that my perception is changing?). In any case, ER is something I am starting to consider more and more seriously.
