Are there any particular stocks or stock sectors that you plan to sell in the near future? If so, what is the reason for that decision?

No selling other than potential tax loss harvesting.
I agree with Koolau, we will be increasing our year-end giving.
OK, you get biggest market timer prize, wrested from pb4uski!Sold all equities today! If that counts as year end... Why? Maybe the biggest short term gains ever, for me....
I was locked out of my primary brokerage account (system problems at Schwab) for a few hours this morning during early trading, but fortunatually I had all my sell orders entered before the opening bell. (Pays to listen to pre-market news sometimes. ) I didn't know until about 10am what had sold and for what amounts... It was a little stressful for a few hours but ended in very nice surprise!
I'll be looking for the next big dip now.... I'm not sure what the trigger will be, but I'm sure it will happen. So maybe I'll have another year end sale
Probably will gift more to the DD now than I had originally planned...(My charity of choice)
And it was pure dumb luck! What I sold today may double tomorrow, but I'm still very happy my profit margins.OK, you get biggest market timer prize, wrested from pb4uski!

It's pretty much settled science that short term price behavior is random and relative sector strength is unpredictable. So worrying about sectors is similar to going to the casinos. Both can be fun, of course. If so, what is the reason for that decision?
