Bond Math for prematurity sale

Does anyone know of a calculator to help to decide to sell a bond before maturity. We have some bond purchases from early last year at what are now low rate. Trying to determine the math of sale now and bump interest and lengthen maturity (now maturing in 11-18 months).

I generally work with Fidelity's price yield calculator and adjust the parameters as appropriate for what it is I'm trying to determine.

I just make a column with dates and cash flows in Excel, then type an xirr formula.
