newbie here, still a pup 43 yrs,but with the added responsiblity of looking out for my moms assets(already retired/widowed,currently 63)which overshadow my assets(thanks to my dad)by a factor of 10.$ wise my background (allocation wise)has been mostly swind trades.Kinda gettin tired of that, its done me well, but seems like reversion to a mean might be easier over time.Ive probably learned more stuff here in 56 hrs than the last 10 yrs.As a trader i might have something to offer,to the board in terms of sentiment(least whats in my grasp). My self im gearing towards inflation, but(believe it or not) its farther in the future than you think, how long that is i dont know, but certainly beyond concencis(sp?) imo.Respectfully yours with an appreciative mind-ak4195

And another thing :)...................I never gave a thought
to my parent's situation when I retired. Now they
are 86 and 83 and live nearby. In great shape for their
advanced years, but still..........

I am the only child with the time and proximity to be of
regular assistance, which makes relocation planning
even more dicey. I keep reminding myself that I am not
getting any younger either. Still, there is a guilt factor.
