Kathy Searching for Expats

Hi I'm a 67 year old female living in Lima Peru. I am interested in finding out some experiences other expats are having in latin american countries.
I may want to relocate again. How is the environment and cost of living?
What about taxes and transporting an automobile from another country?
How is the medical care? I am quite healthy but know eventually I will need medical care. Anyway, any suggestions comments are more than welcome.

Kathy, I hope you will tell us about your life in Lima. Are you single? how did you find yourself down there at this time in your life?
