After reading about people getting upward of 20% increases in their annual renewal of their policies I was pleased and a bit relieved to get my notice today that my HDHP/HSA - $5000 deductible increased by only 6.6 (age change from 51 to 52). Insurance carrier is Celtic.

My megacorp actually self-funds our HSA, and our share of the premiums dropped -- yes, *dropped* -- by 5% AND they doubled the corporate HSA match this year.

Ziggy what am I missing? HDHP/HSA policies can only be owned by individuals. Are you talking about an HRA rather than an HSA?

No, I'm talking about an HSA. There's nothing in the law that prevents an employer from making contributions into an employee's HSA (though it counts toward the annual contribution limit, currently $5,950).
