Just signed the sell agreement yesterday for my business of 32 years. Ended up with a bit more than if I had just liquidated. The Firecalc seems to like my odds a bit better now. Of course, all those variables that no one really knows. I guess that's called life.

After the dust settles, I would still enjoy doing something on the side, just haven't had time to really think about it. Need to go sailing for a few days, do some thinking about life and not worry about the economy or cash flow.

Congratulations, and your plan to go sailing and unwind sounds perfect! Galveston Bay? Corpus Cristi? This landlocked sailor would like to hear the details and experience a little vicarious cruising.

Ahoy there, Sam. Prepare to come about!! :D

Austin, huh?

From the pictures of Lake Travis, it doesn't look real hospitable for sailing.

Welcome, congratulations on your new status! Not much of a sailor but have been told I make great ballast.

Mmm, hmm take a little time to clear your head. Congratulations...:)
