For those of you who follow the excellent Early Retirement Extreme blog, or even if you just like lentils, Jacob has just added forums:

I have already posted several messages on his forums. A lot of Europeans seem attracted to his extreme early retirement philosophy which, in a sense, doesn't surprise me. Europeans are used to earn and spend a lot less money than Americans and with their cheap health care, they probably don't need to save as much as we do. Actually, all the European early retirees I have met online over the years, pulled the plug with a lot less than $1M in the bank.
