Hi to all, I am 58 and consider myself a newly retired (Sept 2015) after 36 years in the Oil and Gas industry. I still would like to stay in the game but I am sure some of you folks in Texas and Oklahoma patch know that it might be difficult with these current oil prices. Horizontal drilling is a game changer!

Welcome! Would you look for part time work in some other area, or are you really only interested in something in your field?

I could be open to other areas. I started out with a BS in Geology but my first job was as an engineer. That became my career path for 34 years with a seven year stint as a mid-level manger. I also have an MBA from a small university in west Texas to help mix things up!
