Strange message

Why did I get this message (other than the obvious answer of being intentionally blocked)? I was trying to access http://www.early-retirement.org/forums/showthread.php?p=1827316#post1827316.

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

Yeah, it works as expected now. (Rarely am I so quick... normally I am a couple days behind.)
