Can't change my settings

I would like to change my account settings such that I get emailed only when someone PM's me. Right now I'm getting emailed any time someone posts anything to one of the many threads I follow. I found the screen I need to change within my account settings on my phone; however when I go to that screen, my iPhone 6 just goes into "spinning" mode and won't let me change anything.

Can anyone help me with this please? Thanks!

From a browser, either on your phone or on a PC, select User CP, then click on Edit Options and you will where you can turn off the feature that sends emails when a post is made to a thread you have subscribed to.
