My crystal ball shows the market currently overvalued by 8.8%. If the market usually goes up 10%/year we should be back to normal by late next year.

Hmmm. Starting to think more seriously about taking out a fixed rate loan at what are they now 2% and putting them into these I bonds. Risk free spread. Something seems out of whack.

The math needs to be done on the actual money without looking at the number of shares. Because of the dividend your portfolio changed from 100% stocks to 98%...

How much Cash did you have upon retiring or planning to have -2x-3x yearly expenses?

CDís and Stable Value Fund in my 401k. I think of them as cash since they they donít go down in value and are easily accessed.

We always did the max possible to 401k and also max to Roth IRA. A couple times we did cash out refinances on the mortgage because rates were so low.
