I've done well with Lockheed Martin recently.

Hey, thanks for sharing this. I'd come across both organizations before, but it's nice to see an update and some more details about how they're doing!

Re: Wait Times In Canada Or, Is This Our Future?
Welcome to Canada, where our pets get better medical care than we do.
And if you think Canada's wait times are bad now, wait until the US "nationalizes" health care and the Canadians who now go to...

Re: What do you put in your coffee?
Usually just an electric drip machine. Every once in a while I like to have a Turkish coffee.
BTW, does anyone know if this is true? I heard somewhere that the phrase "a coffee" is a Canadianism,...

Re: What do you put in your coffee?
I drink my coffee like Condoleezza Rice -- hot and black.
I agree with the coffee purists, why ruin something good? If it's really crappy coffee, I'll sometimes use milk or cream, and if it's so...

Re: Whose truth?
Yeah, but if the fair witness found out he (or she) was in a psych. experiment, he might not grok the wall's color. ;)

I guess I won't post my proof pic because I don't want to screw up the HTML layout for any of the forum members, and some people are still running 32" LCDs. ;)

Re: Dual citizen unsure of where to invest
Oh, and Paul, the easy way to avoid this is to avoid settling in Canada. ;) Seems like a country worth giving up on, anyway. Oops, I mean -- Canada's wonderful, come visit the Falls! You'd never want...

Re: Dual citizen unsure of where to invest
Quick! Post a lot of boobies jokes! ;)
On a serious note, what's this about under/over $80k? I'd never heard of that before. Come to think of it, learning the important rules governing US-Canada...

Re: Is there anyone else here from the UK?
Yeah, but is it worth it when you consider the rattlesnakes, the armadilloes, the rednecks, the heat and humidity, the empty desert, and so on?
Why not consider a trip to Canada, instead? We've...

Re: Is there anyone else here from the UK?
You can see who all responded to my similar question here (https://www.early-retirement.org/forums/index.php?topic=8171.0). Not a whole lot at the time, although maybe they're just not very talkative. ;)...
