Rollover Portion of Roth?

I'm wondering if its possible to roll over a portion of a Roth IRA to another Roth IRA account.

If you can do this, is it advisable?

Reason I ask: I have a Roth in a account not doing so great...

It seems at this point my best option is to leave the IRA as it is, max out my Roth and contribute more to my 401k without affecting my current cost of living.
