    Nope - I got the book from my son - He quite a special person that I'm very proud of. Recently he gave me another book by Millman that I'm reading now. Ring any bells? L, D :)

    Absolutely! Invest now or you may not make it to retirement. Certainly you can go overboard with supplements but zero supplements aren’t the answer either. The same goes for healthy choices – neither extreme makes sense. Like everything else in life, a healthy balance is the key. You are right...
