My worst fears have been realized. They are in foreclosure status and they kept it hidden from me all this time. My dad runs his own business and it was a sudden drop in income that forced them to no longer be able to make the monthly payments, and spparently Wells Fargo has been a stubborn PITA...

:rofl: Admittedly he does have a training course (for which you have to pay) but I find his blog posts give helpful tips, and that's good enough for me. I also read his book - which I checked out from the library. :whistling:
