Is it time to buy??

One of the 4' fluorescent fixtures stopped working a couple of months ago. I decided to troubleshoot it. I found the problem was the connection inside the wire nut. I guess when the electrician installed it there was enough contact that it worked for three years. Problem fixed at zero cost.

I haven't used my moulding chopper and mat cutter in a few years, mainly because they don't cut accurately. I spend two or three hours yesterday evening making the necessary adjustments.

I have a question. Why can't my wife draw ss now at 62 and 8 months and I, 63, take her spousal benefit. Then when I reach 70 take my ss and let her take my spousal benefit at that time? What is the reason for the FRA, 66, to enter into this strategy?

+1 I bought a rental about a year ago and am renting it to my daughter and her family. I realize the problems that might arise but I feel this would fit me and my situation. The best part about this rental is that I am able to grow a 75'x75' garden in the back yard. :dance:

I replaced our roof 2 years ago, hail damage. I also filed on the shower pan leaking through to the bottom floor. I was assured by a contractor that it would be covered. It wasn't, policy said it has to be a sudden leak, not over a period of time. I won't be filing again any time soon.

I had seen the same for me but also a couple other scenarios. In my mind the $20 was worth it. I was hoping it would include some taxation issues.
