Both my wife and I fall on the hate it side so our kids didn't stand a chance. It tastes exactly like somebody washing my mouth out with a bar of soap. It's weird, I can't comprehend what it actually tastes like to the other 90% of the world.

Up here in the north (Sk, Canada), square footage doesn't count the basement or any attached garages. In the case of a four-level split, the top 3 levels are counted but the bottom-most (basement) isn't. In general it would include all other heated/air conditioned areas of the house.

Definitely our house, we bought 5 years ago, a couple years before a local property boom. Worth more than twice what we paid for it now.
