My blood pressure is down, my weight is down, and my over all health seems to have improved greatly since the days when I set the alarm for 4AM and scrambled to get to work on time.....Life for me has improved 10 fold. Wish I had listened to others and had done it sooner....

My advise for you would be have one big garage sale and cleanse yourself of all those tacky old work clothes. There are probably some less fortunates in your area who would love to have those khaki pants. Goodwill and the Salvation Army also come to mind. Get those old things out of the closet...

Matt's in Dallas. I can't get past their chile rellenos. The Dallas Morning News labeled them "the food of the Gods", and I must say I agree. The most wonderful Tex/Mex dish I have ever had.
