My home is foam encapsulated and has open cell foam spray foam on the bottom side of the roof decking..When I re roof if there is decking that needs replacement can I just lay down new OSB decking over the bad decking or does the bad decking have to be removed and replaced?

The problem is that $240.00 you pay the first provider is paid based on the amount charged which is usually a lot higher than amount approved? I have paid at time of service once or twice but never without a lot of protest..

Having gone through this twice I won't try to tell you what you should do OTHER THAN whatever you do should not just be with her approval but it should be her desire....
