Getting divorced at age 33 (2012) which is turning out to be the catalyst to an amazing new life!

I am hoping to retire early, not extremely early, so I have quite a few years left in the workforce. I just got my dream job on a successful and highly respected portfolio management team.

I have way too many hobbies and interests to work full-time until normal retirement age!

Running, home brewing (home cidering?), reading, birdwatching, napping, parrots, painting (acrylics), hiking, travel, history (especially Ancient Roman, Tudor England, and Medieval French), old movies, classical music, knitting (mostly scarves and hats), perfecting the pecan shortbread cookie, and picking up new hobbies/interests all the time
