    For better understanding, read up on LDL; small dense vs large buoyant. Get an NMR lipid profile to see the nature of your LDL. High triglycerides is associated with small dense LDL, which is the bad LDL. Your triglycerides being 100 suggests you are perhaps 60-40 good-bad LDL, which is fine.

    I just went through this with my own home. Open all vents and remove your air filter. Measure the delta T between the return and all the vents. Report back the maximum delta T and the max delta between the vents. Do the same with your air filter in. Another helpful measurement is the supply...

    Beds: Queen vs. King

    We always had queen beds until 2 years ago when we got a split king. Disruption was an issue for me, but her snoring and my acid reflux caused us to get the adjustable bed frames. The new setup helps.

    For those taking melatonin, be aware of what you are taking. Melatonin is a hormone. It sets the time when sleep starts. Large doses, greater than 1mg, for sustained time frames is generally not recommended. As Always , everyone is different.

    Exercise used to work for me. But now, Exercise increases my metabolism which interferes with my sleep.
