MS Office 2010 non-subscription. I don't care about additional/new features since my income no longer depends on bigger, better software. I've been very satisfied.

This is a bummer for us because I used to live in the area and was planning a visit back there is early summer. I guess I'll skip BM this time.

Although I agree with others that I'd always like more density, overall I like the format. It is very similar to others forums I frequent so I'm already used to the layout. As the saying goes, the only constant is change, and I think tis one is for the better

You are a funny guy, you are. Seriously though, I'm actually in the process of transferring a couple of inherited accounts out of EJ. DM's guy was very friendly right up until he realized I wasn't keeping the money with him. Not so much anymore.

It looks like there aren't any. I think it is time for me to look at Schwab and Fido since DW said she'd like an option to meet with someone in person for account questions and transfers when I pass.

OK, so I did call VG and no, there is no in-person staff available to customers at their offices. The are administration, etc. only. The bright side is that, once I worked through the maddening automated phone menus, a rep answered the phone within 20 seconds.

This was exactly my experience with the banks to whom I've spoken. Once I was identified as a beneficiary they gave me all kinds of information they wouldn't provide when I called the first time as an executor.
