I was in a similar situation. I was co-owner of my father's condo in FL with my (former) brother. He didn't want to sell so I was forced to use an attorney. The attorney told me that he would petition the court to force my (former) brother to sell the condo. I can't remember the exact term but...

OAP, I ended up camped out in the 400 block of Market instead. I was sitting comfortably on a ledge until I noticed it overlooked the subway enterance. Then it scared the c*** out of me. Afterwards we continued on to the civic center where I bought a years worth of pretty-smelling shower soap.

The parade was a lot of fun. I thought the "dykes on bikes" looked like they were having the most fun second to the cloggers. I can't believe anyone would admit to being a "clogger". No offense. I tried to take some pictures but found out after a few shots that my batteries were dead. Bummer...

I think you just ran into some sites where "misery loves company". Personally I wouldn't be interested in a site with a bunch of negativity. I've tried, for example, to read some other financial sites where it is all gloom and doom. Not my idea of a good time.
