    Do you exercise?

The hard part is starting the workout. Those days when I don't want to workout I play tricks with my mind. I convince myself to run short and once I am out a feel up to running longer. I workout 5-6 days a week. Strava (a social app for exercise) is also a motivator. I see friends who are...

    Die With Zero - Book

I have listened to this book multiple times. Love it! The title is misleading. It's a reminder to live in the now. If you are saving and saving and not spending to have a good time every once in a while, you are doing it wrong. Definitely a must read for FIRE people like myself.

Share Your FIRE Milestones - 2021

Semi-Retired in 2019. Wife will work another three years before possibly retiring. In the big drop of March, I sold a portion of our portfolio, then tried to figure out when to get back in. I got back in at a few percentages below or even when I got out. I never sold in the past but this one...

The Bear Finally Came Out of Hibernation

This bear is standing tall and FIERCE! The big question now is where is the bottom? I would like to see some resolve on the Coronavirus and good news before there is a turn around. The aftermath of all this is going to make it worse. It will probably get worse before it gets better.

Age Based Asset Allocation for Early Retirees?

I was at 100% stocks up until a few months ago. Currently at 80/20. You also have to think that this portfolio has to last you longer than 30 years, quite possibly 40-45 years.
