    Yeah, thats part of the point... What if housing prices were just a multi-decade bubble (an extravagant way of putting it, but it gets to the point), and now will stagnate - or even decline over the next few decades. Just a thought, as I could totally be wrong.

    I think simple Vitamin C goes a long way to keeping strokes at bay. A good time-released C is really one of the cheap non-glamorous miracles of our time.
