For those who are watching cliffs the 2019 FPL level has been released.

100% FPL has increased from $12,140 to $12,490.
138% is now $17,236
200% is now $24,980
400% is now $49,960

Those numbers apply to 2020 ACA subsidies, right? 2019 subsidies are based on the 2018 FPL level.

I believe that is correct.

For Medicaid it would apply immediately.
