Well, that’s why we need moderators. Others like Reddit use community policing and automated moderators.
Of course you usually don’t see it until something controversial or emotional topic is discussed.
But sometimes, like on Reddit there was a video posted of a teacher and her kindergarten class on stage all dressed up as bees doing a skit. Most people would find it funny and cute..
But there was a lot of hate for the teacher, which included:
1. She shouldn’t be on stage stealing the limelight from the students.
2. She looks like she’s having too much fun.
3. How could they force the kids to do that.

I suspect that’s the best you’ll see as it was last year.

Amazon may have a better deal for Federal plus State around the same time, but it may be only for 1 day.

I just got the tax documents schedule from Fido. I bit the bullet and bought TT Deluxe from Amazon for $55.
That paled in comparison to the $500 I spent on a new PC that was Win 11 compatible. Admittedly, I had the old one for 10 years. The new one has a SS hard drive and double the RAM.

Under the Retirement Plans and Social Security Sub Section IRA, 401K, Pension Plans, Withdrawals (1099-R), it is still showing "Available Soon" on my copy of Turbo tax. I'm a little surprised it's not ready yet.

Could someone verify it's showing "Available Soon" on your copy of TT for 2025 too?

I got the same result on my TT Deluxe. As long as I get it soon, it is not a problem, as I have not gotten any 1099R's.

For those still looking to buy TT and hoping for a better price, the following graph is what Amazon charged last year for 2024 TT Deluxe Fed + State. The best price last year was from late January into early February. (graphs from camelcamelcamel.com). That price dip may or may not happen again, so just fyi.
