Did they provide the shortie? I’ve snorkled in 70 degree water in sea of Cortez and dang it was cold!

We were on the 16 passenger Grand Queen Beatriz booked through Intrepid Travel in April 2022 and they provided shortie wetsuits that we all used. With shortie wetsuits on I thought the water temperature was comfortable and I really don't like cold water. We usually snorkeled for about 30 to 45 minutes and weren't too cold at the end.

IIRC the water in the Sea of Cortez in April 2023 was cold even with regular wetsuits. Twenty minutes swimming with the sea lions, thrilling as it was, was about as much as I could take.

Yeah, that was my experience also April and I didn’t have a wetsuit on. My ears got so cold.
