My health insurance pays for my prescription drugs except a generic Lovaza . A fish oil , doctor wanted me to take Vascepa a real concentrated fish oil but much higher priced . So I pick up my prescription Lovaza , always use Goodrx the tech says 85.00 for three months . The stuff is up again. I mumble and pay the guy . I get home look up Mark Cubans Cost Plus . Three months supply 18.77 . Is anyone using Cost Plus Drugs , are they any good

I use them for one medicine that is not covered by my insurance and they do a good job. They remind me when to re-order, they are prompt in order processing and delivery and it's inexpensive.

Yep I'd like to switch to them as well, since they're significantly lower than any retail pharmacy in my area.

EDIT: for a new generic script "awaiting insurance approval" so I'm looking into cash prices.

Is it really as simple as creating an account then giving them your doctor's information to pull your scripts?

I use Cost+ and support the idea. Was easy to set up account, send doctor (portal message) request to move perscription, ordered using HSA debit card, and done. Good followup service except they don't seem to have automation for 90 day renewals. You get reminded before 30 days...

I have been using Cost+, and they are reliable and usually the best price. Just make sure you plan on about a week from ordering to delivery.

I might have to look at them, but my generics are really cheap (heck, one was free the other day)...

And my name brand is not on there... it is one of the first 10 that are supposed to be cheap... but have to wait another year...

I looked too. Just the Pharmacist fee and shipping already add up to more than I've paid for some generic prescriptions at the pharmacy down the road.

Yes, I started using them about a year ago for one of my prescriptions.

I like that the pricing is very clear. The website is easy enough to use. And they have been expanding the number of drugs they carry.
