Another Vanguard problem

I've had a few minor issues with V recently (last 5 years) but nothing worth shifting everything to a new firm. So far, I haven't received my year end tax forms. I called and they said "They're on the way." If they don't arrive soon, I'll be upset with V.
 
received mine from vanguard website on jan 20th. Of course, my account only has vanguard funds.
 
I rarely have problems getting in by using the apps on my tablet.
 
Year end statement by mail

I called Vanguard customer service last week and asked him (nicely!) if Vanguard would mail to me my 2023 year-end or December year-to-date statement at no extra cost, even though I have elected e-statements other than mailed tax documents. He quickly said yes, this one time only.

I do not have $5M invested with Vanguard.
 
The Vanguard website added more steps to Roth conversions -but I noticed that my CDs now showed up on items that could be converted (in $1,000 increments). I'm in no rush to covert CDs, however this was not previously an option on their website barring a conversion of the entire account.
