I concur, the stress is not worth the $128k or whatever it is. I understand that taking from your IRA now isn't optimal when considering taxes, but you have been set FREE, to build a new life with loving family around you.
I'm sure as you look back, there were telltale signs that you didn't see, or refused to confront. Learn from this and don't repeat them!
