At a crossroad

The biggest problem to me is restriction on location and time flexibility.

Yes, my ideal retirement job is something that
1) I enjoy doing
2) pays enough to make it worth my while
3) has some time flexibility - if I only want to work 2 days this week, or 6 months this year, I can find a way to make that happen
4) has some location flexibility - either something I can do from home over the internet, or something that just about every city/town in the country has need for - so I can pick up and live where I want, and not be tied to a specific location/locations.

A pretty high bar, but I know some people have made it happen!
