My avatar does not fit the box now. How do I make it fit?

Actually, that was in the old software. This one wants you to use at least 400x400 pixels, and it should then be automatically resized when you upload it.

It looks like it's a low quality image, 96dpi, 270x96 pixels, so that's not going to work if it's the case. OP should search for a larger, higher quality original image to retry. Also better to use images that are square to begin with.
