I put as much as possible on a creddit card with 2% cashback that automatically deposits to a cash management account. If the merchant charges a fee less than 2% I still use the credit card. Sometimes I pay double to reduce fees.
I use BOA billpay which is excellent IME to push all payments but I have one or two that need to be pulled. I hate big banks but BOA’s billpay is so good I keep that as my primary account.

Noted that I should I have a list of which bill is paid via which method.

We use it, but we were already set up with BofA way before and the Fidelity version is not as comprehensive/easy to use. It’s fine. I do use Fidelity for just a few bills I pay out of my CMA account including the Fidelity Visa CC.

We’re also using Fidelity billpay to pay our CMS Medicare premiums out of our respective HSAs. That’s nice because I can schedule a whole year’s worth of payments at a time.

I switched from manually paying my bills to auto pay a couple years back. Obviously everything that can go on a credit card does.
