Blood test for every refill on thyroid meds?

They tried this at my clinic. I complained to the doctor. Had a problem next time I went in with them trying to demand a blood test. (Claimed it was required by the ACA. Never found any evidence of that being a rule.) Doctor overruled the front office. Last time was not an issue.
