Can I retire at 55

I would have to add about ten grand for health insurance so my expenses would probably be around $40,000.

Just one more possible expense - depending on what ACA insurance options are available in your location, the deductibles might be significant.

I'm lucky that I was able to get an ACA HMO plan with $0 deductibles, but high copays ($40 for primary doctor visit, $80 for specialist visit, and $550 for ER visit). I have seen plans with $5000 or $10,000 deductibles, especially if you insist on a PPO plan. Some folks are adament on getting a PPO plan (where you can see any doctor you wish instead of the plan's in-network doctors).
