Hello:

Can you recommend a low-cost all-purpose cleaner to me? I am looking for a low-cost pre-made brand or generic product or something that I can make myself. I want to be able to use it for cleaning things like formica counter tops, appliances, sinks, stove tops, cabinets, mirrors, glass, tiles, marble counter tops, toilet bowls, tub/shower, glass shower door, wood furniture, audio/visual equipment, etc. If you do not know of one low-cost product that covers all of these items, you can recommend multiple low-cost products to clean these different household items.

Thank you for your advice.

Glass cleaner: mix 50% white vinegar and 50% water. Shine the glass with some newspaper.
I am a big fan of bar keeper's friend. I use it for sinks, tubs, countertops, grout, stainless steel, toilet bowls, cooktop, etc...
For wood furniture, leather, granite, and cabinets, I like Pledge.
For tile floors, I just use plain water in a steamer.

I'm no expert, but I'm a big fan of Simple Green. Buy the concentrate and dilute it yourself to whatever strength you need.
It certainly works on everything you mentioned, and is available in most markets.

I'm a big fan of natural, cheap cleaners. For an all purpose cleaner, you can't beat white vinegar. I also use Borax, bleach and baking soda for various jobs. Good stuff, cheap, and non toxic if you have kids or pets in the house.

Invisible Glass for windows
Formby's furniture oil for wood furniture
Simple Green for tile floors
Barkeepers Friend for sinks, etc
CLR for tough stuff

To reduce the need to clean things in the first place, we've installed a whole-house water conditioner. It's especially helpful in reducing mineral deposits on faucets, sinks, tubs/showers, & toilet bowls.

I use a Norwegian product called Krystal. It works, and I can attest that it is harmless as one evening I did a shooter with it, thinking it was vodka.

Didn't taste very good, but didn't hurt me either. Although I have been acting a little funny...
