Getting another load of the world's most expensive Styrofoam. It is hard to believe that what you see here has already cost NINE TIMES more than what we paid for our first house/land.

And if you think about it in terms of the cost per pound (it's mostly air) it'll drive you crazy. Just keep in mind how much it's gonna save you in heat and AC when you are finished.

We are looking to move back to East Tennessee (Knoxville area) in the next 3-5 years and buy land to build as well. I might have to PM you to get some contacts for the ICF if you are indeed in East TN as well. The ICF is very intriguing. Please keep posting updates for us to follow!
