Converting from Spousal to my own SSA

I applied in January, I was approved on May 10th. View attachment 38928
But all of a sudden it says

Is there an approval letter on your online SS account page? They can take a few days to catch up. I just got my Medicare approved and the Social Security information disappeared for a few days until the approval letter with my Medicare number showed up.

Yes. But this is what it says:
which is wrong bc I've been getting spousal benefits. I'm just converting from 1 type to another. They don't answer the phones today. Trying again early Monday

Yes, probably worth a phone call.

I think it's all tied up in the fact that while drawing spousal you are considered a "dependent" and everything is under your spouse's SS number. I am also on spousal and I watched the SS website like a hawk (much like you) and I had that same 0.00 until after the first payment was made (under spousal). I think just a quirky way SS has for dealing with these things. The whole thing is weird. The process is not transparent, but it all worked out just fine. I'm sure yours will too.
