The most recent MedCram video included a segment on "COVIDAge Risk Calculator", which collects health data and, based on that, either adds or subtracts from your age, the gives you an estimate of the chances you have for hospitalization, ICU admission, and mortality.

The first thing I'll say, just so we don't have to belabor the point...

I thought that this calculator would be of interest to forum members because many of us have quite a few miles on us, upping the risk, but also, many of us are health conscious, and might be pleased to see some subtractions to our "Covid Age".

The result is a bit personal, but I'll share mine, which includes four subtractions and one very small addition to my age. I filled out everything except "AngioDefender or %FMD", which seemed almost like an advertisement for some test, hehehe! Then I dug a bit deeper and, sure enough "Everist Health" sponsors the calculator, and they just happen to sell "The AngioDefender® device" (claims to be the world's first non-invasive medical device that predicts a patient's risk of developing CVD). Here's a link to the PDF that explains how they programmed the calculator the way they did: https://everisthealth.com/images/CAC_Metrics_Rationale.pdf

The link to the calculator, should you decide to fiddle with it:

Anyway, my numbers: Hospitalization 4.8%, ICU Admission 1.4%, Mortality 0.19%

I'm skeptical because they don't include blood type, and apparently type O (my type) has 25% less Von Willebrand factor, which is a big player in the damage Covid-19 does, and blood type isn't in the list of things they ask in the calculator.
